We spent an unbelievable moment at Buly. The Iranian saleswoman was so kind and professional. Always with a smile, She showed us the whole collection (offering us every detail about every single product) and explained us the history of the boutique. We will take a beautiful memory back to Italy. It was amazing!

The knowledgeable staff are like guides on a sensory journey, offering attentive service and expert advice (their recommendations never disappoint!).
Their attention to detail is simply exquisite. Imagine a calligrapher personalizing your purchase, transforming a bottle of exquisite but reasonably priced amber-scented body oil (which I'm already obsessed with!) into a unique keepsake. Buly isn't just about pampering, it's about an experience. A reminder that taking care of yourself can be a beautiful, personal, and oh-so Parisian affair.
If you visit Paris this shop is a must!! Not only are the perfumes, the combs and other products high quality it is the experience that makes it so special. The Staff is so so helpful and nice and i‘ve never experienced such good service. You can also costumize your own lip balm and engrave your initials on it. They really take their time with their costumers and i‘ll definitely always visit this store when i‘m back in paris! Such a great experience!
Could not recommend this store more! My friend and I were taken care by a super attentive member of staff. I did not get her name but she was a young asian woman who told us she joined the company recently (during the Christmas/holiday period). She deserves so much praise!
She answered all our questions in the products and scents and gave us amazing recommendations. Unfortunately the Iris moisturiser I wanted was sold out and there were also no samples, however, I came in with no intention of buying anything and left with the Eau Superfine (€44) and a box of Campagne D’Italie matches (€16).
Super great experience in this store, will be going to visit my local counter in London and hope to get the same amazing service there!
Really helpful staff. I came for the custom lip balm. I had to wait until the next day to pick because I ordered closer to the time then closed. There was a short wait time since the store is small.

Feels like you’re stepping into a 19th century apothecary! The incredible woodwork in the store, the attention to detail in all the decor, the friendly staff and the scents makes this one of my favorite stores in Paris.
PRO TIP: Make sure to stop by the day of your travels back home, that way you know how much space you have left over in your bags!
If you’re planning on buying someone a gift from Paris then definitely stop by Buly! Get yourself a perfume or two (they’re 75ml so they’re plane friendly) and definitely buy a soap for you + another one to gift, they’re priced extremely well and they are excellent! The scents will take you back to your time in Paris, you won’t regret it!
The customer service here is so special. Buying perfume is so personal but at Buly they know their craft and guided me to the perfect scent. I walked away with items to treasure from my Parisian vacation.
